Iwa Analytica is an independent advisory practice working with leadership teams on consequential decisions involving strategy, data and AI.
Ross was previously a Partner at EY, leading advanced analytics and innovation across EMEIA, with broader leadership roles spanning analytics, AI and trust. He built and led an international analytics capability of around 100 people, developed and commercialised analytics and AI propositions, and advised senior leadership on adoption, governance and commercial potential.
Earlier roles at PwC and KPMG covered consulting, assurance, risk and transformation in Europe and Asia. Much of his early career was spent in China, working day-to-day in Mandarin with Chinese and international colleagues and clients.
